Recent Additions

THREE popular varieties introduced last season:
Mariachi Jalapeno (Medium Mild) – the popular Jalapeno flavor from red Jalapenos augmented with the brighter, sweeter, and milder Mariachi pepper. It’s like putting a smile on the Jalapeno, “Mari Jalapeno”!

Scotch Bonnet (Medium Hot) – a variety that we could not find for the last 3-4 years, but now it’s back! This delightfully golden-colored hot sauce has a sweet element in its luscious flavor.

Primero Red (Hot) – officially “Habanero Primero Red”, is a variety of Red Habanero with similar flavor, but with about 1/3 of the heat. You might call it “Habanero Light”.
