NEW in 2026!
Mirasol (Medium Mild) – a popular Mexican chile pepper often used in mole sauces. The name means “looking at the sun”, which comes from how the peppers grow upward facing the sun. It has a bright, fruity flavor with hints of berries. Conical in form, it is red or dark red sometimes with patches of dark green. The pepper is popular in a dried form that concentrates the sugars and gives it a darker flavor and is used in many Mexican dishes. It is called Guajillo in dried form.
